Text Box: How do I reserve an inflatable? Please call us at (608) 698-1303, or send us an email at: ftbounces@gmail.com. We respond quickly, always the same day during our busy season. We strongly recommend you to book your rental as soon as you know your event date. Does the rental price cover the delivery, set up and tear down? The rental price includes free delivery, set up and tears down within Dane County, Wisconsin. However, if you are just a few miles from Dane County, Fun Time Bounces will still honor the free delivery service. We can delivery inflatables up to a five hour drive from Madison, Wisconsin but we charge a delivery fee. The delivery fee depends on the distance between Madison and the event location. Can I pick-up, set-up and teardown the inflatable? For some, mostly smaller inflatables, Fun Time Bounces allows customer pick-up. Since the majority of our inflatables are really heavy (300 pounds or more) and clients don’t have equipment to handle this load, we prefer to install the inflatables by our professionals. However, if you provide help during the set up and teardown we will lower your rental price. Who is in charge for supervision? Once Fun Time Bounces delivers and sets up an inflatable, you are in charge of supervision. It is important that adult supervision is provided at all times during the event. If you prefer, Fun Time Bounces can provide supervision during your event at an additional cost. However, the King of the Mountain inflatable comes with supervision. What are the weight and age limits? There is no age limit. However, be aware that inflatables are designed for youth. Every inflatable has its weight limit. Please refer to the weight limit stated on the front side of the inflatable. How the payment method? Fun Time Bounces prefers cash and check payments. These methods are cheaper so we don`t need to increase the price of rentals. However, credit card payments can be arranged if necessary. Is there a deposit required? Fun Time Bounces requires a deposit of 25 percent of the rental price. The deposit check is sent with the signed contract. A credit card can be used as security, and the credit card will be charged if the rental is canceled without prior notice. How long do I get to rent the inflatable? In general, the rental hours are from 10 am to 6 pm during the summer. It is a one day rental, so we are flexible. We would like our inflatable packed up before sunset and the dew starting to fall down. Once the inflatable gets wet, we need to set up the inflatable the next day and dry at our own expense. Thanks for understanding! Should I be concerned about safety? No, our inflatables are absolutely safe. Many of them are brand new and we keep them in great shape. To avoid any potential risks we recommend you to strictly follow all instructions and rules given to you with the contract. Also, feel free to ask our delivery driver(s) if you have any additional questions. Also, every inflatable on the front side has supervision rules. Please read and enforce them. It is for your kids’ safety. Does Fun Time Bounces carry insurance? Yes, all our inflatables are insured! Fun Time Bounces provides this proof to any of our clients for free. Does different types of surface impact the inflatable set up? Fun Time Bounces sets up inflatables on grass, concrete or dirt. We put a tarp underneath our inflatables to protect them from sharp objects. However, please make sure that the surface is flat, clean and clear from objects. Do I provide electricity? You are responsible for the electricity source. On average, a fan draws 10 amps. We prefer if no other equipment is plugged into the same outlet. If your party is in a park, we provide a generator at the price of 40 dollar per day, plus a gas expense. Can any of the inflatables be set up inside? Yes. Depending on the size of the room some of our inflatables can fit inside. New this year, Fun Time Bounces offers a Mini Jump & Ball Pond that can fit in almost every garage. Please see our inflatable info to see the inflatable measurements. What is cancelation policy? If your event is moved to any other date, we will try to accommodate that if the inflatable is available. Otherwise, we can try to provide you with a similar inflatable or with an inflatable with approximately the same value. For the cancelation policy due to rain please see our Rain Policy!
